The Candidate

Key Success Factors for this role:

Thorough understanding and experience of the full recruitment cycle – understanding how the process works, what needs to be done and why it is being done – understanding the implications of each part of the recruitment cycle and when to escalate issues
- Obtained through 5-7 years recruitment experience – having dealt with all levels of hires (administrative to senior management)
  - Agency recruiters who have dealt with high-volume, professional level, permanent searches could be considered for this role
Well honed relationship building skills that will be used both internally with team members to gain insight into our people practices, culture and business needs and externally to manage the talent pool for recruitment and selection at MNP
Client service excellence for both internal clients (MNP hiring managers) and external clients (candidates)

Ability to manage a high volume of workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- You will be managing multiple searches for multiple business lines
- Superior planning and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
Proven ability to follow processes but also create improvements/efficiencies as needed
Familiarity with different sourcing and candidate generation techniques
Experience in providing recommendations to senior level stakeholders and managing expectations
Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Completion of a University degree or related post secondary education
Proficiency in MS Office technology as well as an Applicant Tracking System
