Talent Management Consultant, APAC recruitment
This outstanding life science technology organisation is a leader in its field. They are seeking a dynamic Talent Management Consultant to join the growing HR team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business heads and stakeholders to understand learning needs and provide appropriate LOD advice.
- Manage career development roadmap and put in place talent management and succession planning to ensure consistency.
- Work with Global and HRBPs in the conceptualisation and delivery of learning programmes.
- Responsible for rolling out LOD initiatives for the region
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 8 years of LD/OD experience in a MNC
- Good knowledge and skills in LD including course design and adult learning styles
- Strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
- Proactive and self-driven
