Talent Payment Coordinator

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Talent Payment Coordinator to join a rapidly growing Publishing company based in Central London. You will report directly into the Financial Director and will be working very closely with finance team.

Your job responsibilities will include the following;

Tracking daily client receipts across all accounts and manage all remittances and statements
Responsible for accounting system with client receipts, contract and payment information
Preparing timely client payments, ensuring commission is deducted in line with company policy
Responsible for transferring daily commission
Responsible for maintaining daily and monthly reconciliation's
Raising sales invoices
Assisting with bank reconciliation's

In order to be considered for this position please ensure you have exposure to the following;

Experience in royalties management
Experience in managing all account remittances
Excellent customer service experience
