Talent Sourcing Specialist Job in Raleigh 27617, North Carolina Us
Job Summary: Identify a large pool of candidates for on-line gaming customer support positions by developing and deploying proven sourcing methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying potential job candidates to support a large scale hiring need. Individual will need to create a pipeline of candidates that will ultimately provide 190 jobs supporting a 24/7 organization over a few months period.
- Individual will need to identify unique sourcing methods to create the pipeline of candidates. Sourcing examples include: working with local employment outreach programs and government agencies, advertising in local publications, working with businesses that support gamers, etc.
- Individual will be sourcing candidates that have a background in customer service. Candidates with a background in on-line gaming are preferred. Good people skills required.
- Individual will need to work with the team of interviewers to help predict number of candidates that are needed on a day-to-day basis and will need to modify sourcing plan accordingly.
Qualifications Requirements - PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience running projects and being responsible for the strategy and execution.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing and organizing multiple initiatives and managing time efficiently.
- Good people skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to cold call and network.
- Extraordinary research skills and the ability to utilize a variety of research tools to identify scarce candidate pools.
- Self-Motivated with strong work ethic -- will do what it takes to make project successful
- Creative thinker
- Must have great MS Office experience -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook
Not Required, But a Plus: On-line gaming experience
Education Experience: At least two years of professional experience
Physical Requirements: Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
