Taleo BAU Lead
Main Duties
• Translate business operations and objectives into requirement/design documentation to support the aims of the Programme/Project
• Define functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce functional and non-functional specifications
• Configure the Taleo system modules including Recruiting, Scheduling Centre, Passports, eQuest and onboarding
• Development of test scripts for system testing and UAT
• Working with multiple Business Units across a diverse stakeholder group, up to Senior Manager level, with different demands and communication needs
• Able to produce/document project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure
• Supporting users with the resolution of functional system issues and queries as required
• Identifying system improvements, including identification and incorporation of best practices from other leading organisations.
• Providing subject matter expertise on Taleo

Person Requirements
Key Skills Required – Essential
• Structured, well organised, attention to detail
• Taleo functional expertise (preferably Taleo 12)
• Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level
• Process mapping and requirements definition expertise
• Ability to interface effectively with client counterpart
Preferred
• Knowledge and experience in gathering Management Information business requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of Taleo software release processes, including delivery of feature and maintenance packs.
Experience
• Track record (2 years+) of Taleo project experience.
• Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
