Job Description
COMHAR Inc. is a not-for-profit a community based health and social service organization founded in 1975 that currently has an opening for a full-time TARGETED CASE MANAGER to work in our Behavioral Health-Target Care Management Division located in Philadelphia, PA.
Qualifications
BA + 1 year CMI experience (preferred degree must be in Social Work, Psychology, or other Human Service field). Valid driver's license required. Team approach and TQM philosophy a plus.
