Targeted Sales Agent Job in Tampa 33601, Florida Us

This position is part of the CCR contact-center organization and is responsible for the direct supervision of the SEALS (Sales Execution and Logistical Support) team. The SEALS team supports local and National sales campaigns that require complex phone sales interactions and requires strong collaboration with the Business teams. This role ensures effective execution of initiatives focused on driving revenue and account development in support of On-Premise objectives. This role is directly responsible for individual and team performance as well as the career development and engagement of the SEALS team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
INITIATIVE EXECUTION
* Execute and close sales calls in assigned targeted customers with a focus on value-added selling activities.
* Accurately capture customer interactions through current CRM systems..
* Professionally communicate as needed with local business teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Identify customer business needs and opportunities through Collaborating for Value strategies in order to develop viable solutions to support initiative objectives.
* Develop and execute individual call strategies in order to interact with decision makers
* Identify opportunities consistent with the campaign objectives through discovery (i.e., analysis of customer data, conversations with customers) in order to prioritize potential focus areas.
PERFORMANCE
* Manage individual quality, effectiveness and efficiencies to ensure successful completion of the initiatives.
* Achieve all key performance metrics.
* Provide feedback to team leaders on potential opportunities to improve team and campaign's performance.
* Develop and ensure execution against an Individual Development Plan to ensure personal development and career growth within CCR.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
* Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
* 1 year frontline sales experience.
* Experience in effectively communicating with and influencing customers.
* Proven ability to problem solve and provide viable solutions based on customer and company needs.

SKILLS
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective collaborating skills
* Ability to actively listen and engage in conversation with customers to uncover relevant information and solutions.
* Strong time management and organizational skills. Able to manage time by establishing priorities and developing work plans to ensure maximum productivity.
* Strong computer skills in include Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Ability to accurately capture customer insights through provided information tools. (i.e., Outlook, Access database, Excel).
QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED
EDUCATION
* Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE
* 2 years frontline experience in a contact-center environment.
SKILLS
* Strong knowledge of CCR's sales, product fulfillment, equipment and financial services.
