TAX ADVISORY ( AVP ) recruitment
Our client has a strong and steadily expanding business in the Asia Pacific region, with plans to grow further through investments and mergers acquisitions. In line with this expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen to bring on board a tax advisor to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with front office teams and liaise with external tax advisors on tax treatments in the countries that our client has investments in, especially for new products and markets
- Advise on all corporate tax matters, including investment holding structures and transfer pricing
- Monitor and advise business on any changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist in managing corporate secretarial functions for the holding company
Requirements
- At least 6 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or financial institution
- Strong team player that is able to advise senior management on tax matters
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Transfer pricing experience will be highly advantageous
