Tax Analyst
This position is in the Private Bank Alternative Investments Tax Compliance Team and relates to tax technical responsibilities of the team. This position reports directly to the Tax Vice President. Primary duties: Experience in handling US and non-US tax issues with regard to private equity funds, hedge funds and real estate funds Coordinate the flow of information among third-party funds, fund administrators, tax preparers and internal teams in connection with the preparation of US federal and state tax filings as well as non-US tax filings Top-level review of federal and state partnership tax returns prepared by third-party tax preparers Respond to federal and state tax notices Answer client tax inquiries regarding issuance of tax documents (e.g., US tax estimates, US K-1s, US state tax returns and non-US tax reporting)
