Tax Certification Team Member Job in Coraopolis 15108, Pennsylvania Us
Responsible to contact the appropriate taxing authority and obtain all taxes and special assessments attached to the subject property. Process and review of all documentation to meet company, client, vendors and borrower requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work.
- Communication with outside agencies, clients and borrowers.
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Print reports from established databases.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Review all documentation for accuracy.
- Review Title Commitments for conformity with client requirements.
- Knowledge of client, vendor and borrower requirements.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.
- Address inquires from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff in a professional and timely manner.
- Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines.
- Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by Management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
