Tax Consultant (M&A) recruitment
The successful candidates in Tax MA will take part in the following projects:
- Tax due diligence of acquisition/disposal targets
- Data room set up and management
- Post Merger Integration projects
- Tax diagnostics
The successful candidate should have:
- Recognized Russian degree with specialization in tax/accounting/finance/economics
- 1,5 - 3 years experience of tax consulting, accounting areas
- Self-motivation and strong career aspirations
- Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team and multiple participation in engagements
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of 1C, SAP or other program is appreciated
