To be considered for the role, candidates must:
- Have the Swiss bar
- Have at least 10 years experience in well-established law firms in Switzerland
- Candidates who have some experience as in-house lawyers are also considered
- Focus on Tax throughout all the candidate' s career is essential
- Have the skills and experience to enter the law firm directly as a partner
- Candidates must be team players, hard-workers, dedicated and must be able to show persistency in their previous experiences
- a strong business-mind is essential
- Languages required: Fluent English, Fluent French. German would be an advantage
