My client is a leading international tax solutions provider. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic tax professional to move into a corporate role and work directly with the business in driving business growth and solution delivery.
The all-encompassing role includes the following facets:
- Client Service Relationship Management
- Implementation, Customisation Consulting Projects
- Business Development
- Product Development
- Training
- Team management
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage a client portfolio
- Proactively explore opportunities to improve client service as well as cross-sell to grow revenue lines
- Mentor and act as a technical reference point for staff
- Manage and execute implementation, customisation and consulting assignments
- Have a key involvement in in revenue growth by ensuring consulting, training and product opportunities are identified and targeted.
- Conduct product and standard template demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and develop presentations to suit
- Utilising experience and feedback gained through client engagement
- Assist development teams with product design and development - manage and assist with the business case scenario analysis and execution..
- Facilitate client buy-in and involvement with training sessions
- Coach, mentor and grow junior staff
- As subject-matter expert maintain current tax technical knowledge and provide training and coaching to junior staff.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years experience in an advisory/consulting role, being client focused and demonstrate an entrepreneurial nous and drive to succeed.
