This Australian business is an international success story and has plans to grow significantly organically and through acquisition in the next few years.
The Tax Manager is a newly created position this company is seeking a dynamic person to lead a small team to deliver some real benefits to the business. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer with its main focus and responsibilties being Australian tax compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
You will oversee the corporate compliance and the management of all tax related processes and policies. You will be tasked with the responsibility of identifying areas the business could be better in its rebates and application of tax credits.
As the Tax Manager you will be involved in the project structuring for both on-Shore and Off shore Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions and other adhoc duties.
The right cnadidate will be technically strong, have excellent communicaitons and project management skills, be a good mentor and be able to lead by example.
There will be some travel involved as this is a multinational business.
