Tax Manager recruitment
This is an exciting, high-profile position and will present the successful candidate with the chance to grow and develop within the team and offer unrivalled regional and global career prospects.
This position will be supporting the Corporate Finance business globally, and will be a mixture of Transfer Pricing implementation, Tax Governance, Infrastructure and Risk-Management as well as Business Advisory on bespoke transactions. This is a business facing position and you must have proven experience dealing with senior stakeholders. You should have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to credibly deal with Front Office bankers.
A main focus of the role will be on the risk management side, as well as facilitating business transactions and thus the candidate must have high standards of professional and personal integrity. The candidate must show experience of international / cross-border transactions from a tax perspective, with proven technical tax skills. The ideal candidate should come from a financial services background, and experience in the China/India/Africa markets would be beneficial. You should be a team player, outcome-driven and commercially inclined.
