Tax Senior – Partnerships (Exciting Non
We're seeking a Senior to join NFTS, Partnership Solutions team, which is one of the fastest growing groups in all of Deloitte. It assists clients with complex partnership analyses, including formations, terminations, and mergers. In addition, it utilizes proprietary technology to assist clients in streamlining their tax compliance process, especially in the area of partnership specific tax calculations and Schedule K–1 preparation. Industries served include Investment Funds, Energy, Telecom, Venture Capital, Healthcare, Entertainment, and International and Corporate Joint Ventures.
- At least two years core federal tax experience required
- Tax compliance experience
- Big 4 experience or comparable a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business–related field required
- Advanced Degree preferred: MST, MAcc or LLM
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification; or CPA, Enrolled Agent eligible
- Strong research, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Highly disciplined
- Flexibility for travel
