Tax Senior recruitment
An opportunity has arisen for a Tax Senior within a leading accounting and advisory firm, based in Edinburgh. The company is committed to the development of their staff and will help in your progression, success and achieving your potential - your growth is in your hands.
Dealing with a broad range of corporate clients you will be tasked with supporting the managers in delivering high quality tax advice, including;
Laising with clients and preparing/submitting tax returns as relevant
Supporting managers on tax planning, dealing with the Inland Revenue (by letter and phone) and assisting in the supervision of tax trainee's.
Effectively communicating with clients for tax compliance issues and counterparts in audit/accounts departments
Ensuring all work is accurate and completed within deadlines.
You will be needed to need to be an effective communicator, be able to work to strict deadlines and timescales and have a keen eye for detail, as well as being CTA/CA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or have experience in a similar role). Having good technical skills and experience in a supervisory role is required to work in this stimulating and challenging environment.
