Tax
Part of Deutsche Bank's Group Finance function, Tax manages the bank’s worldwide tax affairs including tax reporting and disclosures and applying tax accounting policies. Tax partners with all business areas across the Bank to provide tax advisory services on business transactions and products.

Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious individual to work with a global team supporting the operations of a global financial institution. A challenging role requiring the ability to work with, and communicate effectively to, front office and other staff within the Bank, to analyze and assess information, to manage competing demands and to generally work with a wide range of staff on a global basis.
Total compensation, consisting of base salary and incentive compensation will be competitive. Title will be based on level of experience.
Analysis, review and determination of transfer pricing methodologies and ensuring that appropriate documentation is in place for various businesses and infrastructure areas and for providing support and assistance to other members of Group Tax.
The Transfer Pricing Team is the principal resource within Group Tax responsible for:
- determining transfer pricing methodologies of the Bank’s global activities – existing and potential new or restructured activities;
- ensuring that appropriate agreements and transfer pricing reports are available to support the selection and application of the methodologies;
- handling multilateral advance pricing agreements and assisting other teams within Group Tax to meet statutory tax return and payment obligations and to deal with tax authority risk reviews and audits;
- setting transfer pricing policies and standards and advising on changes to transfer pricing law and practice;
- reviewing and addressing the impact of regulatory requirements on transfer pricing.

- Advance degree in tax, Finance or economics is preferable
- Three to five years of practical transfer pricing experience in a financial institution (banking, investment bank) or “Big 4” accounting firm with a client base of banks and/or investment banks (will consider combination of Big 4 and banking experience)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with time constraints
- Ability to work with a wide range of staff on a global basis
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to identify and assess issues and manage tasks on a timely basis
- Flexible attitude
