T&C Advisor 12 month Contract recruitment
My client is seeking an experienced training and competence advisor to cover for maternity leave in their HR/Compliance division. Ideally you will have a strong background in a regulated environment, ideally within an HR or compliance department with excellent knowledge of training and competence and wealth management.
Responsibilities will include
- Maintain and improve a management information tool to produce reports on all staff’s TC status including:
- Ensure all internal and regulatory reporting (FSA) is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and act upon concerns and/or training needs identified in staff’s training and competency/appraisal records.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the regulatory environment
- Where appropriate work together with other members of the team to address concerns and or training needs identified or changes resulting from regulation.
- Manage the registration and deregistration of all Approved Persons ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place and retained.
- To develop and deliver inductions for all new Approved Persons
The role will also include exposure to Performance Review process and would suit a candidate with a good knowledge of RDR/SPS Applications.
