TDR Operations Analyst, Officer recruitment

We are looking for a candidate who will continue to support Global Treasury's data strategy with a focus on working within the Treasury Data Repository (TDR) Operations team responsible for key daily operational processes and timely completion of the month-end verification cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Work as an Operations Analyst on the TDR team responsible for completing daily operational processes and the month-end verification cycle under tight timelines.
• Responsible for performing key verification processes and data quality checks to ensure effective month-end hand-off meetings with multiple downstream constituent groups.
• Demonstrate adherence to operational controls and participate in the development of new and/or enhanced processes as needed to minimize operational risk and improve operational efficiencies.
• Utilize query tools to improve analysis capabilities, automation of data quality metrics and enablement of ad- hoc analysis.
• Participate in the implementation of business and reporting requirements for technology/process initiatives as they pertain to Global Treasury/TDR.
Skills
• 3+ years' experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Global Treasury; BS/BA Required.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and detailed oriented individual with a dedication to providing quality deliverables in an accurate and timely manner.
• Experience/familiarity with State Street technology (applicable source systems), General Ledger, Balance Sheet and reconciliations
• Proficient in excel; Experience with BI/Reporting applications a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with business and systems personnel.
• Familiarity with Treasury products and balance sheet.
