Due to internal progression, they are now seeking a Team Administrator to support their Sales team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Assisting with documents and presentations for the Sales team
- Formatting, proofing and filing all documents accurately
- Taking and directing customer queries
- Completing reporting for the team
- Coordination and administration of meetings and events
- Coordinating staff training
- Booking travel and accommodation for the Sales team
- Entering orders into the system
- Assisting with the Sales Manager's diary
- Supporting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience supporting a busy team. They will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills, completing all work in a timely and accurate manner. The successful applicant will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business as well as with external stakeholders. They will work with the Microsoft Office Suite and new systems and programs with ease.
