Sydney CBD based, this leading Bank is currently looking for a Team Assistant/Senior Administrator to provide high quality administration and secretarial support.
Due to an exciting new project they are looking for someone to come on board for at least 3
months to support the project team as well as the HR team.
Your main responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and team members, providing administrative support to the team including email and calendar management as well as organising travel arrangements and preparing reports. You will also be required to arrange meetings including booking the venue and preparing the documents.
They are looking for a self starter who has a proactive approach; you will have excellent time management and organisational skills as well as being able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will be immediately available with similar experience ideally in Financial or professional services.
