Job Description

As the Team Assistant, you will work closely with Senior Management and the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the department. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect appropriately
  • Co-ordinate staff records systems
  • Process expenses
  • Arranging and processing travel and entertainment for senior staff
  • Maintain and order stationary and office equipment when required co-ordinate facilities management issues
  • Arrange functions with staff catering department
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Maintain staff records, phone lists
  • Assist with organisation of staff meetings

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal coupled with an ability to multi-task, take initiative and help encourage team dynamics. You will be self motivated and possess an excellent attention to detail. Further to this, you will have advanced PC skills.
