About the role
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA Values of Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Service:
- Identify and prioritise training needs
- Develop and maintain relevant trainer/trainees notes
- Conduct training
- Review feedback from participants and business managers and implement necessary changes
- Be involved in recommending and implementing improvements
What will help you succeed?
- Experience in financial services, ideallywithin a funds management area
- Accounting background or ability to understand accounting concepts
- Certificate 4 in Training highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to collaborate, motivate and encourage others
