Team Coordinator

Our client, a leading contact centre organisation, based in Paisley are currently seeking an experienced team coordinator to join their team in a permanent basis. Reporting into the team leader, the purpose of the role is to manage the teams staffing and capacity, ensuring customers demands are met and being responsible for the teams being able to complete all calls required. Our client are seeking a candidate who has a key eye for detail and can work in a timely manner, always ensuring the highest standard has been met. The main duties within this role include:

Handling all customer replies, and being the first contact for the customers
Responsible for the teams daily capacity, ensuring that communication is efficient and accurate
Responsibility for your own individual performance, and giving feedback to team associates when required
Ensuring correct staff numbers are working to meet customer demands
