These are not senior level positions (please see years of experience sought in the requirements section); however, candidates need exceptional coordination skills, and an exceptional ability to see the big picture to succeed in these very challenging positions.
Travel Team: Specifically, this position will join a dedicated team of client focused professionals that are responsible for ensuring all departmental activities are executed with precision. This team of coordinators is the backbone of the client service organization and are the key drivers of process innovation across the department and within their core areas of expertise.
The travel coordinator will be joining the newly created travel team. This team is responsible for ensuring company travelers, those traveling both domestic and internationally, receive exceptional services. This is an excellent opportunity to help build travel processes/procedures from the ground up. This position will be responsible for setting-up new corporate travelers with the travel preference profiles, creating custom travel itineraries (domestic international), booking travel with travel agent, processing and reconciling travel expenses, and continuously building better travel processes.
Legal Team: This position will take on the challenge of coordinating all corporate counsel activities, processes, and procedures. We are seeking a candidate that thrives on working in a very fast paced, ever-changing environment where priorities can change very quickly so ability to wear multiple hats and work under pressure while remaining composed is required. Specifically, this position will provide assistance to paralegals and corporate counsel while assisting with/coordinating numerous special projects; will coordinate the vendor contract process ensuring timely execution; manage council calendars, manage invoicing and purchasing; will execute, track and process all incoming departmental requests and either handle them personally or relay to appropriate team member, and track completion. Additionally, this position will assist with some general office responsibilities (filing, faxing, copying, etc.) in addition to having a heavy focus on department process improvement and streamlining.

- Bachelors’ degree
- Exceptional client service “others” oriented mentality. (Thoroughly enjoy being of service to others).
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proven process management and improvement skills. (Please ensure process improvements are clearly noted on your resume)
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities without getting stressed or overwhelmed, ability to affectively and directly voice concerns without sugar coating, proactive, self-directed, very open-minded, and thick skinned
Additional Travel Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1 – 8 years “max” relevant experience coordinating travel for a team of individuals. (This is not a senior level position).
- Experience producing both domestic and international travel itineraries highly preferred
Additional Legal Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2 – 5 years “max” directly applicable experience coordinating departmental operations within a legal setting (OR) 2 – 5 years “max” experience providing assistance to attorneys or paralegals.
- Experience with SharePoint highly preferred
