As a Team Director and member of PNC's Wealth Management Group, you will be joining one of the nation's largest wealth management firms. You will be managing a team of seasoned investment professionals and relationship managers, as well as highly experienced private bankers and talented, credentialed trust and wealth planning professionals. Your responsibilities will include expanding profitability and market share for PNC's Wealth Management Group by developing, retaining and growing a client base utilizing the full range of all services provided by PNC.

You will develop and implement the team's business plan and tactics designed to acquire new High New Worth clients, grow the relationships of existing clients, retain clients by providing an exceptional client experience on a consistent basis, and maintain adherence with compliance and risk management policies and procedures. In your role, you will draw upon your leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. PNC's team approach and strong client relationship management means you will always be at the leading edge of asset management.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years related experience in all facets of Wealth Management
  • Prior management experience in the Wealth Management area
  • Proven business development skills; seasoned relationship management skills, and proven leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong coaching and team building skills
  • Professional certification is a plus (CPA, CFP, CFA)
