Team Head- Cash Operations recruitment
A renowned European global asset management company is seeking a Team Head of Cash Operations. Being in operation since 2011, this business has a strong presence in Asia Pacific servicing major clients including financial institutions, pension funds, banks, high net worth clients and retail investors. The role is a permanent position offering full benefits and great working conditions to the successful applicant.
The Team Head of Cash Operations will perform a senior leadership role in theSingaporeoffice, managing a team of individuals combined with overseeing the business units workflow.
You will be responsible for;
- Effectively managing the Cash Operations Team
- Check workflow operations to improve efficiency, in relation to trade matching/confirmation to settlement.
- Management of counterparties and custodians
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying career advancement and development opportunities for the team
Key requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in building key relationships with internally and externally stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Minimum of 6 years of settlement experience within the Asset Management space
- Previous team lead/managerial experience
- Familiar with Asia Pacific markets funding practices and requirements
