Client is a global Private Bank.

The Role
The Team Head Payment Support (Asia), Vice President will lead and manage the Payment Support Team on providing efficient regional payment support and services to Private Banking business. You will collect business requirements, formulate and review the service delivery strategies, policies and procedures.

You are required to take lead or actively participate in projects developing new business model and processing, to implement and maintain effective internal control system in the operating process to minimize the risk exposure of the business. You will champion the streamlining or re-engineering of operational workflow process and the continuous improvement of the operational platform for Payment Support in Asia.

As a subject expert in the payment area with the knowledge on AML counter terrorist financing and provide expertise advice/training in payment processing to all parties, you will keep abreast of new changes, new products and practices in various markets and to excel the function by introducing best market practices. You will also coach and provide training and guidance to the team members.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of managerial experience leading the middle or back office team in remittance department. You will have strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be fully knowledgeable of securities products and market procedures and practices, and be a technical expert in the area.
