Team Lead Data & Documentation- Wealth Management Operations recruitment
As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Account Services, the team lead for data and documentations understands the job, possesses the ability to do it, and delegates and trains in appropriate areas so all work times are covered with appropriate supervision. The end result should be employees who are happy and productive. Constant drive for process improvements; implementation of new processes/changes in processes as well as reduction in operational risks and sharing best practices will be a major part of this challenging and interactive role.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Ensure smooth daily and monthly production for client outputs (advices, letters, statements, performance calculation, etc)
- Heavily involved in User Acceptance Testings (UAT) for Output
- Responsible for making appropriate and adequate decisions on a daily basis
- Responsible for reviewing and accessing risk impact within the team's processes
- Responsible for inadequacies in process flow that can be improved, and for making the appropriate recommendations and arrangements
- Responsible for team's performance and any implementation of new processes or applications
- Responsible for employee work schedules and work assignments
Key Deliverables:
- Team supervision and performance management of professionals
- Responsible for ensuring that delegated tasks are done accurately, on-time
- Ensure stability of staff within the team
- Investigate/analysis of errors and propose solution for improvements
- Ensure risk within the processes are at the minimal
- Understand process end to end and know/understand dependency to other stakeholders
- Engaging and developing staff to achieve high performance and excellent client service

- Ability to analyze, identify problems and propose appropriate solutions
- Constantly looks out for further improvements on entire process (end to end) and implement changes

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to understand complex procedures and processes
