Team Lead for Large Corporates Relationship Management Team

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers to achieve a set target for individuals and team

• Be sales and target driven

• Devise and initiate new strategies in acquiring new clients in the mid and large local corporates market

• Service existing large corporates client portfolio and to increase the interest income earned from these clients by acquiring new businesses from them

• To have extensive knowledge in lending products such as FX hedging, Trade Financing, Cross border RMB trade settlements and other generic loan products

• To understand clients’ financing requirements and assist them in growing their business

• Be able to proficiently assess the risks of each client and to manage the bank’s risk exposure in lending to existing and potential new clients

• Be required to assess and submit loan credit reports and credit reviews in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with Group policies and MAS regulations

Requirements:

  1. Recognised Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
  2. At least 7 years of proven track record in client relationship management
  3. Good knowledge and strong contacts in middle market and large corporates segment
  4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  5. Knowledge in Commodity Trade Financing and RMB Cross Border trade settlements
  6. Good command of English and Mandarin
