Team Lead -Group Financial Reporting (AVP)
Based in Singapore, this is a fantastic new job offering a wide view of the banks itself and a chance to manage and develop fast.
This is a new role and entails regional IFRS reporting across Asia PAC countries, analysis particular swings and movements at balance sheet and PnL levels, managing a team of 2-3 and advising on new products. You will also hold responsibility for representing the wider team with any pertaining projects or initiatives, and look to foster a culture of robust controls, process improvements and so on. it will also involve regular interaction with various stakeholders and internal clients across countries and business lines.
The ideal candidate will be accounting qualified (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA), audit trained and have held a similar group or regional financial reporting role. You need to have a strong grasp of IFRS, and generally excellent financial accounting knowledge. Previous management experience is also vital as you will be managing 2-3.
