Team Lead (Internet Banking) recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead the team of designers, developers to implement regional enhancements.
- Capability to resolve conflicts and act on escalations and proactively manage and lead the delivery of initiatives
- Experience in internet / mobile platforms, with back end operations/product technology development / Testing background will be will be of added advantage.
- Able to review functional specs, to perform code review and to provide leadership to team of lead developers at near-shore vendor site.
- Control and track project/program performance, time allocations, and quality of assigned projects by constantly evaluating progress and conducting regular status meetings
- Determine, monitor, and review all project related, including resources and risk and timely escalation to management
- Maintain relationships and working closely with other Technology partners and Business, Operations, communicating expectations/deliverables effectively
- Provide regular reports and updates to management
- Ensure alignment of conflicting project priorities to common goals, and Ensure adherence to project management framework
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong in J2EE environment, must be able to review source code and advise the right coding standard and solution to the team.
- Proven track record of supporting and delivering complex projects in a cross-business, multi-country environment – Asia Pac experience most preferable
- Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is a must.
- Knowledge of financial services, specifically the Cash Management domain.
- Appreciation of project and system compliance requirements.
- Experience with interacting with management staff on a regular basis.
