With additional manufacturing facilities in Washington and South Carolina, RT London products are truly American made. We’re known for providing furniture to hundreds of colleges, universities and government facilities across the country.

                    

We are in search of two team leads to grow with us:

 

Assembly Team Lead

Only those with assembly experience will be considered

 

Upholstery Team Lead

Only those with upholstery experience will be considered

 

Qualifications include:

·            1-3 years proven experience in supervision

·            communicates effectively

·            provides a safe working environment and leads by example

·            ensures work order completion dates are met

·            has an aptitude for process trouble-shooting

·            ensures that quality standards have been communicated, achieved and maintained by team members

·            provides direction and support to team members

·            controls and reduces the cost of goods

·            leads problem resolution

·            communicates department performance indicators and continuous improvement activities to team

·            establishes and encourages a strong teamwork culture
