Job Description Job Description: * Assist in managing day to day operations of a inbound call center which includes monitoring the queue for ASA achievement and answering calls if call center is in queue and all agents are engaged. * Interface with varying levels of management, customers and staff. * Identify problems or issues in processes and implement solutions ensure a good customer experience. * Must be resourceful in developing alternative solutions and meeting deadlines in a real time, fast paced environment.
