Team Lead
We are looking for responsible, outgoing, reliable, energetic employees to assist in managing our photo operation at Circle Line Cruise Tours.
Position Summary
A Team Lead is a working supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and employees while providing excellent customer service in one or more locations throughout the venue.
Schedule
- Flexible schedules are available.
- We are open days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and effective decision making skills are required.
- Must be able to work outside in the elements.
- Good Computer, cash handling, and math skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and/or drug screen testing.
Preferences
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Customer sales and/or service experience in retail or service industry.
- Prior leadership position.
- Must enjoy taking photos and interacting with people.
