This global corporate bank has created an opportunity for an experienced Team Head or Senior Relationship Manager to manage relationship with existing Blue Chip/Large Corporate customers.
As the Team Head or Senior Relationship Manager for the Large Corporates desk, you will be responsible for managing relationship with assigned existing client portfolio and achieve profit target. You will also develop new business relationships in the sector, while ensuring commitment to strong credit culture and to identify credit problems as they arise. You will also be coaching and developing less experienced Relationship Managers within the team.
The successful applicant for this position will require at least 10 years of Relationship Management experience in a reputable corporate bank managing Large Corporates and/or Blue Chip clients. You will possess strong risk assessment skill sets along with a good knowledge and background of corporate banking products including DCM, ECM, MA, and exposure to China Corporates. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in business target achievement. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
