Team Lead Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Team Lead Recruiter is accountable for managing full lifecycle recruitment duties for specific business units and/or hiring managers. The candidate will also be responsible for managing a small team of recruiters as well as recruiting on their own requisitions. The individual needs to demonstrate skills/experience in sourcing, assessing, closing, and managing candidates will enable this individual to be successful. This position reports directly to Regional Recruitment Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and compliance with quality standards
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that drive sufficient volume of quality candidates
- Manage candidates through the interview lifecycle to a close
- Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers are treated in a professional manner, and that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairness
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or RPO environment
- Experience managing
- Experience managing large volumes of professional level requisitions (20+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
- Strong experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
- Experience recruiting in the energy industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream) required
- Success using emerging technologies/tools to source candidates (e.g. fee-based databases LinkedIn)
- Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in metrics driven environment
- University degree preferred
