TEAM LEAD TRAINEES Midwest Tape, a customer centric employee oriented company, is looking for talented, self-driven and high-energy individuals to serve as Team Lead Trainees. This position will be responsible for motivating and directing employees to complete customer orders in a timely manner while ensuring the quality of finished goods. Primary responsibilities: -Check all products before shipping for quality assurance. -Provide necessary tools for the team to complete orders. -Address personnel issues. -Communicate to the Zone Lead any issues that prevent orders from shipping. Required skills: -Must be detail oriented, possess good organizational and communication skills. -Must be able to motivate in a positive manner. -Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. -Must be able to professionally direct a diverse group of personalities.
