Team Lead, Windows and Storage Admin recruitment

The Team Lead, Windows and Storage Administration’s role is to ensure the stable operation of critical systems based on Windows Server 2003/2008R2. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Exchange and Active Directory and must have Storage Area Network administration experience as well as Team Lead/Management experience.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, developing, installing, upgrading, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing the Window server environment including: Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, DFS/File Services, Print Services, and DNS
• Maintaining and strategically planning enterprise backup systems
• Directing other team members and completing projects on time
• Managing SAN and direct attached storage solutions
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex hardware and software problems
• Recommending and implementing configuration and hardware changes
• Maintaining Mobile Messaging Technology
• Supporting end users, where necessary

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years in Windows Server system administration
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Active Directory, Exchange 2010, and Windows Clustering Services
• Solid working knowledge of virtualization
• Experience with task automation through scripting
• Familiarity with Dell, HP, and IBM servers and direct attached storage
• Familiarity with EMC SAN technologies
• Proven track record of leadership on team projects, management experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
