Team Leader – Helpdesk Support recruitment

Summary:

A multinational insurance company is looking for a Team Leader in Helpdesk Support to join this rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing support to the regional business lines of business. In addition, you will take responsibility lead a team of Helpdesk Support to respond to issues and inquiries raised by clients regarding hardware, software, or applications and, if necessary, escalate the issues to corresponding parties as well as participate in major projects.
