Summary:
A multinational insurance company is looking for a Team Leader in Helpdesk Support to join this rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing support to the regional business lines of business. In addition, you will take responsibility lead a team of Helpdesk Support to respond to issues and inquiries raised by clients regarding hardware, software, or applications and, if necessary, escalate the issues to corresponding parties as well as participate in major projects.
- Lead team of Helpdesk Support in providing support to regional lines of businesses
- Respond to telephone inquiries concerning technical support, processing or request procedures, systems status and network connectivity
- Document and resolve issues regarding applications, hardware and software
- Resolve or escalate issues to relevant technical areas or vendors, track status and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Work on special and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 3 years’ working experience
- Strong knowledge in desktop computer systems
- A positive and proactive self-starter
- Experience in a Team Lead position preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills a must
- Immediately available highly preferred
