Team Leader
In this position, you will be leading a team of 10 specialists in the customer care process as well as analysing documentation and processes. Furthermore you will be working closely with internal teams and senior management.
The ideal candidate holds a Commercial Apprenticeship and has gained initial relevant experience within collection of debts or comes from a customer relations role. Excellent written and spoken English and German is a must.
