Team Leader
Our client, a Top Tier Bank with a truly global footprint, are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Relationship Director/Team Leader within their highly successful and expanding Corporate Banking Business, a position highly regarded by the business.
You will be part of the Leadership team responsible for managing a team of 3/4 Relationship Managers within the Mid Corporate Space along with managing a small portfolio of around 8 large customers. You will also work closely with the Head of Business Development to further drive forward business.
A significant part of this role is to liaise with the risk management team to identify and mitigate risk with the new businesses and revenue streams the bank is exposed to. In order to facilitate this, you will be supported by a Junior Corporate Relationship Manager.
Successful applicants will have an extensive Corporate Banking background at Relationship Director level and ideally will have previous line management experience.
