Team Leader (Accounting) – Real Estate Funds recruitment
The Opportunity
Our client is a global investment funds specialist with operations worldwide. Due to further growth, the firm has a rare vacancy for a Team Leader to join their Guernsey office. In this role, you'll be leading a team responsible for the accounting, reporting, and day to day administration for a series of Real Estate Funds. You'll be responsible for mentoring the accountants in your team as well as carrying out appraisals.
Your Profile
The client is ideally looking to meet with candidates who are ACCA/CA/ACA qualified with 1-2 years post qualified experience, preferably with exposure to Real Estate Fund accounting. Those from an audit background who have moved into Real Estate Accounting will be at a distinct advantage. As this is a management position, the client will expect you to have very strong interpersonal skills.
