Team Leader Application Training Radiotherapy
We are seeking for a highly motivated Team Leader Application Training in the field of radiotherapy. In this role you will oversee a group of two Application Trainers in the European area. You are responsible to ensure high standard of service and continuously improve the quality of education programs. Preferably, this position is located in the Brainlab headquarters in Munich.
The Team of Application Trainers focuses on on-site and classroom-based customer training on the radiotherapy product portfolio. As part of the team you are partly coordinating but also performing all tasks listed below:
- Performance of customer trainings on the use of radiotherapy products
- Customer trainings include classroom based training as well as on-site application training at customer facilities throughout Europe
- Provision of on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments
- Support of the organization of classroom training
- Support in the development of new training material for all kinds of customer education
- Review and continuous improvement of training methods and training material
- Performance of training for Brainlab employees on the radiotherapy product portfolio
- Support meetings and trade shows upon request
- Investigation of and response to field customer questions/requests
- Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues
