An excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the Client Services Administration Team, established to provide a seamless Transfer and Re-registration service to new and existing clients. The role holder will manage a team of specialist Client Services Administrators, focussed on the effective implementation of both cash and complex product re-registration processes.

Job Role

•Overall responsibility and management of team with the day-to-day administration.
•The efficient delivery of a professional and customer focused service to Clients
•Undertake monthly root cause analysis of feedback provided by Management to identify potential areas of customer detriment and produce action plans.
•Work with Management on the continuous review of processes and procedures to ensure that they are compliant with FSA, TCF and all other relevant industry legislation.
•Ensuring that the team work in a fully compliant environment
•Coach and energise team members to ensure the needs and requirements of customers and the business are met at all times, whilst acting as a role model in every area of the business.
•Work with the team to create and maintain detailed process and training guides for all staff
•Assisting the team with more complex and technical administration.
•Constantly challenge existing practices and processes and suggest improvements to ensure that customer service is most effective and efficient.
•Maintain an up to date knowledge of all relevant client products and processes, ensuring documented procedures are accurate and approved.
•Handle escalated enquiries and complaints, liaising with the colleagues to achieve resolution, ensuring that the customer has been treated fairly throughout the process.

Skills and Experience Required:

•Previous team management experience gained from within a Financial Services Organisation
•5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above
•Good product knowledge
•PC literate
•Wealth management experience would be desirable
•Re-Registration experience and Pension / ISA Transfer experience would be advantageous
