Team Leader Client Onboarding, Servicing & Support (COSS) recruitment
We Offer
- Team leadership for our new established COSS team within Asset Management Operations department
- A highly professional and challenging position in a fast changing environment where you work with many departments across the Asset Management Division and Credit Suisse in general
- Responsibility for the build-up of a new coordination / service entity providing the following services:
- Portfolio on- and off-boarding (i.e., ensure correct setup of the client in all CS systems)
- Management of client contract changes
- Service provider management (outsourced provider management, e.g., KPI definition and
monitoring)
- Support sales related activities (e.g., providing data for RFPs)
- Reporting for legal/regulatory purposes, management and clients
- Define, document, agree and implement operational processes
- Interaction with various entities across Credit Suisse at large to ensure groupwide
compliance of processes
- Deliver data for and ensure compliance with LCD requests, audit requirements, group
policies
- Request handling (answering to data requests) - Interaction with other COSS entities in e.g., Germany, UK, Italy, Singapore
- Provide best-in-class service
You Offer
- University degree (preferably Business Administration and/or IT) and previous working experience in asset management (or banking) in an operations position.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Very good understanding of the various roles in a typical asset management value chain (e.g., advisor, portfolio manager, trader, broker, custodian, administrator)
- Experience in project management
- Any of the following are a plus:
- Experience with CS SBIP / CS Host
- Experience in the Banking / Asset Management industry in a Swiss context
- Experience in client identification
- Excellent understanding of IT/data processing - A client-focus attitude, efficient/diligent working style and excellent communication skills
- Fluent German language skills English proficiency level required
