Team Leader – Client Service/CRM recruitment

 Key Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional level of service to very large, sophisticated institutional pension clients invested in a range of complicated and sophisticated investment vehicles, including LDI

Day to day management of a team of several people.

Build strong internal and external relationships with clients and other business areas.

Be aware of brand range of products, demonstrate product and market understanding.

Candidate Requirements          

Degree Educated, IMC or professional qualification desirable

Demonstrable experience in the investment sector dealing with institutional clients on a regular basis. Candidates from Investment Consultancy will also be strongly considered.

Existing Team Leader/man management experience

Strong investments knowledge

Excellent written and oral communication skills
