We are currently searching for a Team Leader, Client Services. The Client Services Team Leader, Information and Tracking Services will support a growing portfolio of clients across the Americas region and will have the following key areas of responsibility:
- The key goal of the Client Services Team is to support a growing client base that is deploying International SOS’ online and bespoke applications within their organization and ensuring high quality of service at all times. Successful implementations include ongoing follow-up to ensure optimal adoption and re-enforcement of our products value proposition.
- Ability to work across technical and business unit teams to achieve results
- Ability to project a professional image and communicate concepts and issues at a level appropriate to the audience
- Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
- Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities.
