Team Leader – Client Services recruitment

With previous experience in a client services and/or sales related role, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, be able to work both independently and in a team as well as working well under pressure. You will be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent follow- up skills. Advanced computer skills, particularly MS office suite, are required. Fluency in any European language in addition to English would be a distinct advantage.

This role provides leadership and direction to a client services team on operational issues such as making work assignments and balancing the workload, providing day-to-day work direction and resolving technical problems. You will be responsible for making decisions to ensure service level agreements are met for all clients, monitoring the effectiveness of systems, maintaining and developing Client Relationships with senior level contacts, participating in the selection of team members and resolving team issues. You will be responsible for training and mentoring the associates to ensure they develop their product knowledge. You will also lead client meetings on and off site and monitor project completion from initiation through to delivery.
